Egypt- Egypt confirmed late on Thursday 119 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number registered in the country since the outbreak of the pandemic to 103,317, said the Health Ministry. Meanwhile, 16 patients died from the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 5,946, while 361 others were completely cured, increasing the total recoveries to 96,855, the ministry’s spokesman Khaled Megahed said in a statement.
