From Band 5 to Band 7 Nurse in 6 months


UK: Nurse Amoah Josephine A.K.A Nurse Jose, RGN, shared her experience on her successful transition from Band 5 to Band 7. In less than seven months, she went from Band 5 to Band 7. The author of the book; How to Become a Great Nurse, explained in her video how challenging it was for her ranging from professional challenges to administrative challenges. As a coach, she made this video to enlighten and informed younger nurses on the possibilities of ''double promotion'' based on merit.
