In the letter, the erudite ICN President confirmed that she would be visiting Nigeria to attend the Inaugural Nursing Leadership summit, a brain child of the NUNSA National president. She also noted that "it would be a great honour and privilege for me to meet with the president of Nigeria on this occassion to discuss the situation of Nurses in Nigeria.

The ICN President would be in Nigeria from 14th to 20th December 2015 within which she would also visit the National Associatio of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives at their induction program for newly elected state executives initially fixed to hold at zamfara but now moved to Abuja to accomodate the ICN Presidents visit.
