Kenya Government handled COVID-19 politically - Gor

Kenya: Dr. Gor Goody, an activist, a medical practitioner, a unionist, and an advocate dissected the lack of political will, greediness, and personal interest of political leaders in Kenya for not improving the healthcare system of the country. she further analyzed how insincerity the government is in giving false reassurance on the flattening of the curve of COVID-19 in the country.

Dr. Gor, a charming medical doctor described her experiences in activism and how she survived the various threats of life. She explained in detail her concerns for a better healthcare system in Kenya, her roles in the impeachment process of the county governor Anne Waiguru, her reasons for taking the speaking up against the government, and her future ambition. She also described her source of supports from colleagues and healthcare practitioners.

10% of the mortality due to COVID 19 are healthcare workers. Meanwhile, there was already a shortage of healthcare practitioners in the hospitals across the county.
