How does your immune system work?

 An antibody is the protein component of the immune system. It is called immunoglobulin scientifically. It is the protein content of the immune system. It is this particular protein that will finally identify the invaded foreign organism and eventually neutralize it. Invariably, as much as you take a diet rich in protein, you are building your immunity.

Let me give you a very simple example. When a dog bites you, a foreign microorganism enters your blood, your body recognizes it as a foreign organism, this is because those molecules on the surface of the antigen are different from the normal body molecules. For this reason, the body soldiers will then attack these foreign particles
